I recently build a desktop with an fx6300, asus m5a78 usb3.0 with a r9 270 gpu. The hdmi cable going from my monitor to the tower is connected through the r9270, however, when click graphics adapter it is only showing the standard vga graphics adapter.

When I went into the bios, PCIE was not an option, and prioritizing PCI was the other option.

The graphics card itself is working, I assume so because the fans are turning...

Any help?

Can't play any games. League says "Could not load direct3d" or something like that. I'm also getting a core clock of 150Mhz. I downloaded the drivers off of the MSI website. I also tried the AMD website and did all the updates/drivers and everything. I also disabled the standard VGA adapter in device manager, but there were no other options.

well normally there should be an option in your bios to disable onboard card then your video card should take over.
