Sorry for my bad english. How to overclock AMD 3870K Running at 3,0 GHz. I have a Asus F1A75 M LE Motherboard. I have the Cooler Master Vortex Plus, so i dont want to overlock too much right now, just 3,3/3,4 GHz. Is this a good OC for my cooler?

And what is the maximun safe OC for this processor with my cooler?

Start by increasing the CPU's clock multiplier (in BIOS). You should get it pretty high before you need to slightly increase the voltage. In between increases, run Prime95 and watch the CPU temps. If it remains stable, you can increase the multiplier some more... etc.
