I am wondering what the main differences are between these 2 cards are as they are the same price. Which should I pick?

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 941MHZ Superclocked 3GB GDDR5 384BIT 6008MHZ DVI-I HDMI SLI vs
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 w/ ACX Cooler 3GB GDDR5 6008MHZ 863MHZ HDMI DP 2xDVI SLI.

Thanks in advance!

There are no links, but I assume the first one is the reference style cooler that pushes hot air out the rear of the case. The second one, has their ACX cooler which is more effective, but doesn't push it out the rear.

OK so since they are all right around the same price give or take $20, what one should I pick? Here are the links.

Are you planning on overclocking the card or are you just going to run it default?

If you are just going to run it default, get the 3rd one. It will be faster out of the box.

If you are going to overclock it, get the 2nd one to save a few dollars since you can overclock it to the speed of the other one.
