I had bought hhd caddy (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AFP89F8/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and put in my seagate STBD1000100 . Then put it in my Thinkpad T540p When I first put the drive I put in when it off. It showed a blue and green light when booting up, but it didnt show up in the device manger. So while the computer was still on, I put back the optical drive. It showed up in the device manger. Then I took out the optical drive and put the caddy again. I press Scan for changes. It reads the drive. I formatted the drive and restarted the computer. When I restarted the computer he didn't see the drive anymore. What should I do?
