4K qick fix (Card suggestions)

what would be the best card gaming at 3840x2160 30fps?
its only a quick fix until HDMI 2.0 is available on a GPU, so im not going to spend big bucks just yet. I just want something that can game at 4K 30fps. My budget is $500AUD
Im running 2 X GTX570's at the moment so im a bit out of date for now
My system is the following

Intel 17-3960X 3.30Ghz
32GB ram
Asus P9X79 Deluxe
2 X GTX570
Corsair 850Wat PSU

You wont do great in 4k with this card, ideally you need 2 780ti/290x. Its playable but you need to tune down settings a lot to make it happen.

Yeh the 570 wont go to 3840x2160 rez
Do you relay think i need a 780ti? like its only at 30fps? isent that an over kill being that its going to be caped at that fame-rate?

Yeah, we are talking 1080 x 4! If anything, the few games you get more frames than 30, you would add more detail, I cant see 780ti exceeding 4k BF4 per say.

Yeh its just alota money and im going to be stuck with an annoying mouse at 30hz
would love to wait out till HDMI 2.0 controllers are on a GPU but theres no word whens thats gonna happen

I would with 290 considering you will likely need another for 4k gaming future proofing amd vram would be the same 4gb vram.

No, its a misconception. Its 4gb of vram per card but both must have same textures loaded, making it a effectiven 4 gb of vram.

The only thing thing that makes me a bit undecided is that the GTX760 has 1G more then the 280x.
I know at 3840x2160 im going to need all the Vram i can get, so when you say that the Vram dont stack up, dose that mean if i pair these cards, the GTX760 together will still only have 1 G more then the 280x? As to being 2G more?

Sli 760 is better than 280x. A single 760 4gb is easily defeated by 280x since 760 memory bus is small, and will limit output of 760. 2x 280x would be better than sli 760 4gb in any resolution.
