Hey everyone i am new to this forum and i am sorry if i put this in the wrong forum. my problem is when ever i start my computer after i put my password in the little internet box on the bottom right beside the volume button has a little blue wheel and its frozen there, None of my other programs will open either except google chrome. After about 2 minutes of waiting everything opens up at once (example- Skype, ez Update, My games) then my computer works fine. I am sorry for my terrible explanation i am not that computer savy and dont know the proper names for everything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have no idea what to do at this point and its making me very frustrated
