Hello Tom's Hardware people! You've helped me build 3 computers so far, and I'm looking at #4 today. I'm building a computer for a friend. He's interested in playing World of Warcraft, Diablo 3, League of Legends, and XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Far as I know, that's all he's interested in playing. He has no interests outside of those 4 games.

He already has a case (it's huge), a power supply (450 watt), and an optical drive. He needs a CPU, Motherboard, Video Card, Memory, Hard Drive, and Windows.

So far, this is what I'm considering: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3l5y0

He'd like to keep the final price less than $330 if possible.

What I need to know is:

Will this system play all 4 games without framerate issues? He doesn't care a whole lot about playing at ultra settings.

Is the OEM Windows 8 any different than the standard license aside from the one-motherboard issue? I've never installed one before.

Are there cheaper / better changes I can make to that list without going over budget?

Thank you for your help, you guys are awesome.

A bit overkill for league, but for $30 more you can have a much more capable system.

If it's too much I can change a few things.
