Hi guys,

I'm going to buy a new laptop which comes with Windows 8 pre-installed. (Its my first time with a laptop which comes with OS pre-installed).

My question is, will the laptop comes with the Windows Installation Disc as well? I guess not, so in case I've to do a fresh windows installation of the windows in future, how will I do?

Thanks.

Solution
No, you won't get any backup discs for the OS. What you do get is a hidden partition on the hard drive which contains the OS backup, commonly known as "Factory Restore". You invoke that process by pressing a specific key at boot time, the actual key you need to press depends on the make and model.

However, it's still advisable to create your own backup image of the entire hard drive on an external hard drive, because when the laptop hard drive fails (as it surely will one day) you need some way of restoring to a new hard drive.

Solution
Phillip is correct: OEMs do not provide Windows installation discs with their laptops. If you wanted to do a fresh installation of Windows on a Windows 8 machine, you will need to obtain your own copy of Windows with its own product key. You may also reinstall the existing Windows version/edition without a product key as long as the disc is tied to the OEM. The installation will then pick up the product key automatically per OA 3.0.
