Yes they are both compatible , i would lean towards the corsair just for a little more headroom but both are good brands
and will work for you

Hey bro...i would recommend the Corsair... firstly Corsair is a company I trust and secondly the 12v rail has a slightly higher rating than that of the other one...also if u could consider a processor change( may also have to change ur mobo depending on compatibility) would be a good bet as the current one may bottleneck the GPU...
