How do I make a certain printer my default?

I am running windows 8 and i need to know how to set my HP printer as the default when i go to print. Please help.

At your Start Screen type 'Printer' and from Settings choose 'Devices and Printers.'
You should see an icon for your Printer, simply Right click on the icon and choose 'Select as Default Printer'.
