How do I get ALL the air out of my loop?

Been about 3 weeks since I installed my custom loop and once in awhile I hear the reservoir making like a whooshing sound. I'm using a EK Bay res combo.

Is it air still stuck in there or does it just like to make funny sounds?

I'm not familiar with custom loops but nobody answered yet.

I would think there is some kind of bleed screw. Perhaps on top of the bay/res. Do you fill it through the bay/res? When you bleed you will hear air seep out and bubbles appear.
