looking for a budget gaming notebook

I want to buy a notebook for gaming as well to do my day to day work like programming,office work and setting virtual machines e.t.c and my budget is approx. 42000 INR. I have selected 2 notebooks of same budget and they are: 1. Hp pavillion m4-1012tx specs:
cpu: intel core i5 3230m @2.6ghz upto 3.2ghz display:14" led backlit@1350X768 pixel ram:4 gb ddr3 hdd:500gb
gpu:2gb ddr3 nvidia gt 730m...... and 2nd one is: Hp pavillion n-204tx specs:
cpu:intel core i5 4200u@1.6ghz upto 2.6ghz
display:15.6" led backlit@1350X768 pixel ram:4gb ddr3 hdd:500gb
gpu:2gb ddr3 nvidia gt 740m........ And rest all are same I want to know which one is best........ Battery life and haet is not a problem i'll buy an aftermarket cooling pad....... Also i want to know that if these notebooks will be able to play my games for another 2 or 3 years at medium settings.....or should i wait for nvidia gt 840m or nvidia gt 830m models.......

If those are your two best options, go for laptop number two. 730m vs 740m is a particularly big difference, but it''s still better to have the best hardware you can afford. 740m/730m comparison:

The bigger difference appears to be in the CPUs. Laptop number one appears to have a better CPU:

However, in gaming terms, processing grunt isn't as important as graphics muscle. Laptop two, having a low voltage Haswell processor, would have superior battery life to laptop one.

I would go for laptop two. Slightly better graphics performance plus better battery life should you plan on using it as an educational aid or something similar.

I don't know how well it would play your games, as you haven't mentioned any titles- maybe you like Doom, or maybe you like Battlefield 4. Different games are demanding in different ways.

First of all sorry for the way in which i have written the above sentences..... This becoz i have written this text from my basic text phone with very small screen.....
Thanks for the reply but iam still confused with the cpu and i have already mentioned that the battery life and heat is not bothering....
