How about Rosewill Capstone series? Compare with Cm VS series which one better? Cuz i dunwn buy wrong psu anymore...

It is a good build, but there are many places where you can save money to get more performance.
I have made a build including the parts i suggest (case stays the same because that's personal preference).

Of course you can go with a cheaper PSU that is semi modular, i just prefer fully modular PSUs.
For a semi modular one, go with the EVGA 650B. As i have "saved" 100$ while increasing performance i suggest you get a 240GB SSD, such as the samsung evo 240GB
