When I put my Radeon R7 240 GPU in to mobo so can run duel graphics with my AMD A10 7850k APU, my computer wont boot, it lights up, fans spin but it makes a ossolating revving noise and doesnt start. Could be because i only have 430 watt PSU? any ideas? I can run it fine without the GPU after I clear the CMOS.
