USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Playing Games, Battlefield Play4Free on HIGH/MAX settings with FPS around 30-60.
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset/Intel GMA X4500 integrated and for the PSU a stock PSU , i saw 250w.. i will buy a new power supply if the graphic card you suggest need it. price around $50

OVERCLOCKING: No or Maybe , depends on my PC "health"
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1600x900
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'm on a tight budget so i want a GPU that can do 30-60 fps on high settings (1600x900) , BETTER if the card can be friendly with my stock PSU(250w) if not, i had to get a 300w or 400w just to be sure.. is 5450 can run a 250w?
