The Outlook page with the mail listings but you can not open unless you go to Outlook and right click open link. This was not like this until a few months ago, Today the only way to go directly to your email is to use different Browser than IE
Go to this page and click the "fix it" button half way down the page. This is caused by a java update, they seem to bypass some security feature of windows which alters the default browser and breaks a few things including links in outlook.
