I hear a "beep" every time I boot my pc?

Solution
On some systems you can unplug the pc speaker. If the system ever has issues booting in the future, you should plug it back in to hear the error codes.

Alternatively if your system has a built in speaker. You can place some packing tape over it and make it MUCH more quiet.

The speaker looks like this when it is on the board. tape over the hole and it will be much more quiet.

Yes, it is from your motherboard. It is beeping to let you know that everything booted up correctly. The only time you should worry is if the beeps are long (about 2 seconds) and repeating or a bunch of other patterns. These are known as "beep codes." It's a way the motherboard talks to you and lets you know what's up.

One short beep means everything is OK.

Those are images of the speaker that's making the sound. It's either soldered on or just plugged in, depending on the motherboard. It'll generally be at the bottom of the motherboard near where all of the case wires plug in.
