Hey everyone, I'm looking to complete my first system build and I was wondering if everything that I have chosen will be compatible together. I'm looking to spend around $700 - $800 and play the newest games at at least high settings around 40-50 fps:

CPU - AMD Fx8350
Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 1600 mHz 8gb (2x4)
GPU - MSI Radeon R9 270 "Gaming Edition" 2GB
PSU - Corsair CX600M
HDD - WD Blue 1 TB 7200RPM
Mobo - considering Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Monitor - Asus VS238H-P 23" (Using HDMI)

Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The parts are ok. I wouldn't buy the GA-970A-DS3P. It's not a good motherboard and definitely not one you would want to overclock on. You could save some money by getting the 8320 and overclocking it to 8350 speeds. I would also skip over the Corsair CX series. They have a bad rep around here because of the cheap capacitors. If you stick with Corsair, get the TX or HX series. If not, Antec, Seasonic or XFX make great power supplies.

Hi,
Everything is compatible, although i would get the Asus M5A99X Evo R.2.0, much better motherboard for 8300 series CPU and it is $107.
Also i would get another PSU. XFX 550w will be perfect for your system and it is $59 only.
