I recently built my own pc (like 10 minutes ago) and after it not turning on because the Power switch was in the wrong front panel socket on the motherboard, I finally turn it on and about 10 ish seconds later it powers down, then starts up automatically and would probably do that continuously, all the wires are connected and the GPU, CPU, psu seem to be working, my ideas involve the motherboard or possibly lack of power from the psu, I have a CS650M psu, with a Inno3d GTX 780, gigabyte Z87X-DH3, i7 4770 and stock cooler, 16gb Ram, 1tb hdd and 120gb 840 evo ssd and a Corsair 500r, any help is welcomed :)

Check your cpu atx power connector. Also go through this guide:

If still doesn't work, take your setup out of the case. Let the cpu and heatsink remain as it is on the motherboard. Take out the ram and insert single stick in first slot(swap if it still gives the problem). Connect your display and keyboard. Connect psu main power and cpu atx-power connector. Turn the pc on by connecting both power pins with metal object. See if you get any display.

u can check the PSU and the HDD and if it seem to be ok then go for reinstalling your OS...... and then also nothing worked , use the warranty coverage to replace any faulty part then.....
let me know if anything worked......
