But to answer your question, the 4GB card is the better option in my opinion. Both of them will perform almost equal. But some games lately like BF4, take up a LOT of graphics RAM. I have 3GB with my GTX780 so 3 should be enough for a couple years but I think 2GB is the bare minimum for right now. I think by 2015 we'll be seeing games where 3GB is needed.
