The system I've recently built is working fantastic, with one exception. The wireless adaptor that came with my Logitech TK820 keyboard only works when plugged into the rear USB ports of the machine. Since those sit right next to my WiFi adaptor, there's some interference issues and I'm not getting even close to the advertised 32 foot range. It's more like an 8 foot range, which is a problem as I'm usually sitting on the couch, about 15 feet away from the machine.

I'd like to plug it into the front ports on the case, which are USB3 ports, and correctly using the USB3 headers from the motherboard. At least, I believe they are. Every device works great from those front ports, except for this one.

I'm curious if anyone can help shed a little light on this issue? For reference, the motherboard I'm using is the ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+

Solution
The two devices shouldn't interfere since they don't conform to the same wireless specification, but if you want to check out that possibility anyway, you can move your WiFi adapter to a front USB port. If keyboard range is still poor, it's unlikely to be caused by cross-interference.
