Which usb sound card should I buy for virtual surround on headphones

Just bought some swanky new head phones, and now I need an adaptor for 7.1. I know razer has a free program(spyware included) but I was looking for a USB adapter that I fan just plug into a USB port the same as lots of gaming headsets are boxed with. Any suggestions on brands and models would be greatly appreciated. The headphones are sennheiser momentums, if that helps any.

I have decided to go for the asus xonar u7 echelon. It isn't advertised as being virtual surround but a little research tells me that it is via dolby home theatre v4. Great price too!
