Does anyone know if the following hardware will be bottlenecked by having a stock-clocked 780?

850W (Corsair 850TX), 16GB (4x 4GB) of 1600MHz RAM, 7200RPM HDDs, 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots motherboard (ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Gen3 Professional), i5 2500 (non K) @ 3.3GHz. Monitor is 1440p 27" ASUS PB278Q.

Thank you in advance.

P.S. - I mention stock-clocked 780 as, when the warranty is finished, I will attempt overclocking but I will, of course, have upgraded CPU, motherboard and probably RAM by that time.

P.P.S.- I may be looking into the 780 as it currently costs the same as 2x 760s in SLI and is likely to be a bit more *sighs* "future proof" because of its 3GB VRAM as oppose to a small FPS increase with SLI 760s with 2GB of VRAM. Note: I use a 1440p monitor.
