Yes. It appears the Scythe KQ01 controller has output connectors for 3-pin fans, which is what your Corsair fans are. The controller cannot handle 4-pin fans. I presume you know that this controller allows you to set each fan's speed by manually setting its supply voltage with its own knob. It does not offer an automatic speed control, and cannot display any fan speeds.
