Can i run GTX 750 ti on 300W PSU

I know there are lots of posts on this topic but I would like to know if i can run it on this particular PC.
Here are some of my specs:

HP Elite 7300 Microtower
CPU: Intel Core™ i7-2600 3.4 GHz (95W usage)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 (4x4GB)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 545 DDR3 (uses max 75W)

I have only 1 hard drive and 1 DVD mechanic

The 750ti consumes less than the GT545 so it will work.

I am running the PNY 750 TI OC on a 300W PSU system with no issues. Just make sure to pick up a GTX 750 TI model that don't require a 6 pin connector. Honestly, I'm not even sure why some of them do, or why some have 2 fans.
