How do you do it an is it worth it or risky?

Temperatures of my computer
30.0 C - 34.0 C - CPU Idle
31.0 C - 35.0 C - MB Idle

38.0 - 61.0 C - CPU Under Load
40.0 - 56.0 C - MB Under Load

i increase my idle speeds with a program that came with my asus mobo, called fan Xpert2, you can set the fans to the desired speed. its not that risky, unless you have a bunch of fans and crank them up all the way, the psu might not be able to handle that. (depending on psu model of course)
or you can buy a fan controller that usually goes into a bay in the front, and it has little knobs that you turn in order to change speed (or they can be touchscreen)

Well I mean I'm running what everyone says is an average temperature I was just curious if there was a way to maybe drop it a degree or two by raising fan speeds an if it was okay to do so. My Power Supply is actually a piece of crap lol only 350 watt so probably not a great idea.

yeah, your temps are pretty good, i mean raising the fans speeds will decrease temps slightly but in your case, its not necessary
