building a computer for a first time and i need some help. AMD processor is out of the question because of power consumption. i will use this build for multimedia and light gaming. my budget is 450$ for now but i plan to buy a gtx 750ti or a better maxwell based gpu.

case: cooler master n200
psu: seasonic m12ii 520w or corsair cx500m
mobo: gigabyte b85m-d3h
processor: intel g3220
ram: crucial ballistix sport 4gb

i don't really know what to choose between 128gb ssd (sandisk ultra plus) or 1tb hdd (WD blue).

i assume all of you know that cooler master n200 is a small case so which psu should i choose? is the flat cables of cx500m worth it?

advanced thank you for all the answers.

Get the SSD! It will out the perform the HDD any day. You will still need to get an HDD for data storage.
See video:

Get the SSD!!! :)  The PSU you have listed is good. ( Seasonic m12ii 520w)
Seasonic makes better PSUs then Corsair. You will need more RAM though.
4GB is not that much. Get at least 6GB.
The Seasonic PSU will work fine in that case.
Happy Computing! :)

128gb is a really small storage space, I would go for 1tb blue, but if you need speed go for SSD. I think you shouldn't have problems with pairing g3220 with 750ti. Integrated graphics on g3220 are really weak, so you won't be able to play any new games. When it comes to PSU probably you meant cx 500 m. Both have more than enough power and they will do well. If you want tidy case with no extra cables then go for modular PSU. If it doesen't matter go for Seasonic. And also I think there is no huge difference beween low end processors between Intel and AMD, especially with AMD cool and quiet.

Nice config. I actually plan to build something similar for my father when i have some free money.
Both PSUs are good.
Get a single 4GB ram and plan to get another 4GB from the same brand - rams work best with dual identical size.
I'd start with the SSD - install OS, throw some games and programs, think of a HDD after I run out of space. Adding HDD is a very easy task, just plug it and ready, while adding an SSD and moving the OS to it needs some more time and experience.
With 750TI this will become a nice affordable gaming system.
