Hello,
I'm not sure how to explain this correctly but I will try my best. Until recently, my computer would start and load everything in a whisp. During the past for weeks my PC would boot up but take sometime to load "rocketdock", but would load chrome with one swift click. Eventually, I would hear the WIN 7 USB plugin sound? and then everything else would load in. Not sure if this would help but the network access icon has a blue loading icon on it during that time.
