can anyone recommend cpu cooler

No such thing as small but powerful dude, think about it. There's a REASON the powerful air coolers are huge - more surface area means more area with which to dissipate heat.

If you want something compact, go with an all-in-one watercooler, like the Corsair H100i, which is smaller but noisier and more expensive than similarly-performing "big air" coolers.

i mean small but powerfull enough for i7 or is there no such cooler

Well, that depends. Are you overclocking?

The stock cooler is powerful enough to cool an i7 at stock, even if it is a bit noisy. If you want something quieter, get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It'll stay perfectly silent under stock, and cool the chip just fine with a moderate overclock.

(Just as a side note, you know the i7 is no more powerful for gaming than the i5, right? And that they produce roughly the same amount of heat?)

i do know that i5 and i7 are pretty much the same for gaming but im building new pc so might as well add bit more future proofing go figure if they will use i7 extra stuff for them which i dont think they will but oh well bit more future proof

and for now i dont want to overclock and i didnt ever use it so i just got the K version if i might start overclocking in future and wanted nice small cooler for it if i might start doing it i just really hate huge coolers its annoyng to clean pc with them or take it apart

Yeah, then the 212 EVO is probably your best bet. Either that or look at downdraft coolers.

The thing is that the smaller the cooler, the smaller the fan has to be, which means the noisier it is. I wouldn't go with anything smaller than a 120mm fan.

than could you recomend any 120 fan cooler that is not to big with heatsink or build in weird shape that will get in rams way

i was thinking to go with noctua 140mm fan but i heard it blocks some ram sticks or something and i got standard kingstone ram donno if their to big for it they dont have any special ram card cover on them like g skill cards

wanted water cooler h100i but not to confident with watercoolers and i dont plan on doing crazy overclocking so i can get nerdgasm :)

zalman is pretty big not as big as noctua or all the crazy coolers but its big and it was annoyng to deal with it i almost broke my mother board few times coz it was big and few times just coz it made mad

If you already have the zalman 9900, why are you looking to buy a different cooler? Comparing it to the 212 EVO, they both perform about the same. The EVO has the advantage of being able to swap out the fan for aftermarket fans, but if you already have the zalman, why not just keep it?

As for watercooling, you know that it's an all in one, right? As in, you don't have to put anything together and it works just like mounting an air cooler?
