my cpu at idle stays around 80F and my MB at 78F and under full load my cpu gets to 91-93F. i have a coolermaster TX3 for like $25. when i applied the thermal paste i evenly spread the paste, i
know there is various methods to apply it. but can spreading the thermal paste like i did be the cause of these temps. also since its getting hotter outside my ambient temp is 80F

The temperature of your CPU is fine and away from risks! Just pay attention when it hits around 122F~176F. And you must not spread the paste, because it my create tiny bubbles air and it will interfere in the heat flow. Just apply a dot of paste and let the pressure between the CPU and your cooler do the job.
