Hi, so I know these parts are old, but i have both of these sitting around and im not sure which one would be better to use for a steam streaming box for the living room. Any input is appreciated thanks.

You can use a Xeon 771 in a 775 mobo, if your mobo supports a similar processor.

Example: The E8400(775) has similar specs as the 5160(771), if your mobo supports an E8400 it should work after Modding the cpu and socket.
