Hello guys, I am not sure if this is the correct category to put this on, but here goes nothing:

My H100i stopped working, and my cpu overheated and shut down. shortly after that, i tried to power it on a few more times to see what could've caused the problem, and came to the conclusion that it must've been a pump failure. Why? Well, i disconnected it and reconnected the H100i to a separate PSU and turned it on. To my surprise, the pump made a low noise and a beating vibration coming from inside the pump block, indicating that the fan is stuck and does not spin. What's more, the Corsair logo LED shines red as if there's a problem.

My question is, should i open the pump block to see if i can get the fan unjammed and make it work again? I am fully aware that the warranty will become void, but my retailer offered no product returns so it'd be the same as buying a new one.

Thanks in advance :)

Send it to corsair for the warranty, not the retailer.
