trying to figure outr wich is a better buy. both have 4x 6+2 cords but that's not all that important to me however I do overclock.

Most people will say the Corsair because of name alone. Rosewill does make a decent product. Personally I'd go with the Corsair because it's semi-modular.

This PSU is better than both and it's fully modular also cheaper than Corsair's TX!
