few questions about power supply

Solution
modular is the quality of a PSU that it has no cable pre-attached so you can plug cble to the psu and plug into the device as required.
HX and RM are both priced almost same . . RM units have heat issues and some low quality capacitors . . HX is far good then RM

and should i stick with
Corsair Professional Series HX 850 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Gold

on i7 4770k with gtx 780ti possibly might get another one when it will start to suck or might even get new card not sure

or should i get ps with less wats and is corsair really good ps brand or should i go for different one

i shelled this forum with weird questions today but i wanna build new pc in few months and wanna be sure to get good parts and not to waste extra money on features that i wont use
i just wanna wait for a bit to see what will they release new gpus and stuff its not the final build

well in that case i guess whoever sells that rm 750 watt ps is over pricing it :)

should i stick with that 850 watt ps for possibly this build

cpu: i7 4770k
gpu: gtx 780 ti might get 2 in future but unlikely i prefer to juice the card till its very last day and than move on the new top
coolers: might get around 5
storage: some 250gb ssd and 1tb green or blue
mem:8gb
