i7 would be significantly faster than i5 and if you don't put your laptop to specific places like carpet it won't overheat!
And that 1.8GHz made to keep temps cool but it's still would perform good!

The fourth one. Most ASUS laptops have AMD processors, which are faster.

Pardon Me! I have an AMD processor and, yes they may run hotter, around 40~60 degrees, but a warm CPU is a fast one

Again no! warm CPU's can't run faster

Edit: As you possibly would tell that AMD has better scores on 3DMark just remember that he needs laptop not for gaming!

Yes I also thought about 4th one but he said that he doesn't want overheating! Haswell runs hotter also I saw to much bad customer review's on 4th laptop! That's why I suggested him first one!

never buy asus laptops...they suck in durability...you'll see degradation in quality in just one year time....you should first consider lenovo, they give best bang for the buck and then dell followed by hp and then asus...and these laprops are using a ULV chip which wont give a lot performance bump when moving from i5 to i7....go visit lenovo.com and you'll find good stuff

That's ridiculous! Let me tell you, I've had a ASUS laptop for one year! It is working fine! No degeneration!
What a nerve you've got to say that!
