Hello everyone, im upgrading my computer wich currently has an Amd A6-3620 Apu qaud core processor. I just bought an AMD Phenom II X4 820 2.8 GHz Quad-Core HDX820WFK4FGI AM3 Processor shoud i upgrade the heat sink or will my old one be just fine. Also if i upgrade the heat sink do i have to remove the motherboard?

I would get a better cooler. Most stock cooler are worthless.
You should not have to remove the MOB.
If the cooler you buy uses a back plate and you do not have a cut out in your case you will need to pull the MOB.
