Can someone please tell me if my specs are compatible

Parts are compatible but I would avoid "CX" PSU and would change 8350 to 8320 also Sandisk SSD to 840EVO SSD

Yes, 520W will be more than enough! :) 
Single GTX-760 requires 500W or greater PSU with 30amps on 12v rail.
Seasonic 520W has total 40amps on combined 12v rail
