how come the back panel of the pc I built wont work

I built my pc for my first time and it was working perfectly but the next day it stopped, it still turns on and everything lights up, but doesnt get signal back there.

What do you mean with "back panel". Which thing is it that is not working? What things are working?

Re-do the connections on the system fully and reseat the RAM. You either fired something or something is not connected properly. Sounds like the motherboard is dead, either broken or something is not hooked up properly. Could have been a short somewhere when you put it together or an issue with the power supply being bad or underpowered. If you were overclocking anything that can cause issues also.
