Upgrading lil bro's system with a GeForce 8800 gtx, help with compatibilities

So I had an old 8 core AMD build which is about 5 yrs old now. I gave it to my brother to use. He was recently gifted an GeForce 8800 gtx. The current PSU can't hack it and only has the single 6- pin to boot. So I'm looking at buying him a new PSU, the model I'm looking at is the Corsair CX600 v3. This should do the job sufficiently, should it not?

Is there any other compatibility issues I should be looking for, with the motherboard etc? The unit has 4Gb kit of RAM.

Thanks for the reply. I should probably also mention that I'm in Aus and will be buying from MSY. They only stock Corsair, Antec and thermaltake. I'm more concerned with compatibility issues

Well they should all be compatible, I see that they have the Ante HCG520 for the same price as the Corsair and it is of higher quality and the one I would get.
