What size of PSU do I need for this setup :

GIGABYTE 7PESH3 SSI EEB Server Motherboard

2 - Intel Xeon E5-2650 v2 Ivy Bridge-EP 2.6GHz 20MB L3 Cache LGA 2011 95W 8-Core Server Processors

2 - GeForce GTX TITAN's


Also does anyone have suggestions on cooling? the quieter the better... should i be looking a liquid cooling?

3D workstation / rendering solution, Trying to take advantage of GPU rendering as well as CPU rendering.

Would you suggest a better board?
I've been researching like crazy, but there is allot to take in..
