That has to be a poor 550w PSU if it only has 25 amps on the 12v rail.

    Probably sufficient:

That 25Amps is actually fine for you. That's 300Watts (25x12) for the CPU and Graphics. Your CPU is apparently 100W (not sure exact value) and your graphics card is way under 200W.

In general, just ensure that it has the proper 6/8-pin PCIe connectors for the graphics card.

If the PSU does, then everything should be fine.

500w is more than enough, but it appears you don't have a full build here.

Please do yourself a favor and manually select the parts on PCPartPicker.com that site will tell you the exact amount of power necessary to run the machine.

    Good luck!

That graphics card may not be the best value. Look at BENCHMARKS and compare AMD and NVidia cards in your price range.

    I'm guessing that's an R7-260. Is that a rebadged HD7750?

I don't have a good SUMMARY BENCHMARK for it but I do for other cards (it's probably 10 to 20% below the R7-260X):

    It's possible that's a god deal, I just don't have any statistics.

Also, an Antec VP-450 is a lower Wattage PSU and would be sufficient for your needs as well.

Well buying a month before replacement wasn't the best idea was it. Is there much difference internally or just the gold rating.
