Hi everyone,

I am currently using a Lenovo E49 laptop with the following specs:
OS- Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU- Intel Core i3-3110M @ 2GHz
RAM- 4GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz
HDD- 500GB
GPU- Intel HD 4000 (no dedicated :( )

Intel HD 4000 can run Battlefield 3 fine in the lowest settings, I played it on a friends same laptop.
To verify driver stuff, we both updated our drivers and his still works fine and mine does not.

The setup is fine, the game is working fine but the problem is:
The game runs out of bounds of the laptop's monitor and I can't use the mouse in the menu.

It runs good on Windowed setting but I cannot change the resolution and graphics to Low causing severe graphical lag.

If you have understood my problem, please help. Here are the screenshots:

Try that:

Go to:

\MyDocuments\Battlefield3\settings\ open PROF_SAVE_profile with notepad find below lines and adjust accordingly then save and close.

ResolutionHeight 768
GstRender.ResolutionHertz 0
GstRender.ResolutionWidth 1366
Gst

I googled your Laptop's screen resolution and I think it's 1366x768 but if it isn't put the correct values in the settings above.

LEt me know if it helped.

Yea that's the correct resolution and very thanks for your quick answer but as I said the game lags on that resolution as the Intel graphics are not that powerful enough.

Also I tried out your solution but that did not work for me, sadly.

I've taken the pics and have posted them
