Hello, I'd like to build a PC. My budget will be around 600-800$ (The build will also be for my younger brother) but I'm all out of clues. Which parts are best to pick out of Nvidia/Intel (Not looking forward to AMD, supposedly runs on alot of power/will not be overclocking at all)?
What parts/system will be best on running these games on Max/Ultra?
- APB:Reloaded
- League of Legends
- Warframe
- Borderlands 2.

*Please feel free to list any other recommendations (even AMD GPUs/CPUs over Nvidia GPUs and Intel CPUs)

I think it's safe to assume that you are wanting to build a desktop with the primary purpose of gaming. Taking that into account, along with your budget (please provide your max spending allowance for the build) I will put together a system that allows you to get the most bang for your buck. Just give you max budget and I'll hook you up! :) Give me no longer than 10 minutes.

Hello dustinhunt78, I appreciate your quick response in my call for help. Realizing that I had forgotten to type in my "price budget", I have just edited my comment. Will be spending around 600-800$ (need to build 1 for my younger brother and myself). Also, you're right on that, will be needing a "gaming" pc. Thanks in advance.

I will be needing a Monitor for both my brother and I ( I currently have a Toshiba Satellite P755-S5382 notebook). We both a wireless mouse (Microsoft Wireless mobile mouse 4000).

I'm not sure I understand what you need. Are you saying that you want to build two computers with two monitors? Or one computer with two monitors? And if you need two computers, is the budget for both of them 600-800 dollars or 600-800 for each of them?

I'm so sorry, this is what I meant to say. My brother and I both need a gaming pc (so yes, two computers/monitors).
600-800$ budget each, and we both have a wireless mouse (Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000). Thanks again,I am truly sorry for the hassle.

*heads cloudy, am really confused on this chat system.

Hey ZombieNinjaJack, thank you for the offer, tho I will not be taking it. Atm, I'm still a newbie at computers (alot), have already stated that I do not prefer AMD, my father will be purchasing the gaming pcs for my brother and I, he will not be allowing me to purchase someone elses' build (he prefers a new computer).

Not a problem buddy. :) Give me just a few minutes and I'll be right back with a solution.

My apologies for taking a while. It's not easy to build a gaming PC with monitor, keyboard, etc. for less than 800.00. I went 50 dollars over 800. Anything less and I just don't think that you'd be happy with the build.

The build I posted will give you the ability to play pretty much any game on at least medium-high settings. Unfortunately, a gaming PC is one of (if not the most) expensive systems that you can build/buy. Modern games require quite a bit from a computer.

I think that you and your brother will be happy with this build. It would be hard to beat the performance that this build would give you for the money. :)

Hmm wow I never knew it was that difficult on building a gaming pc w/ a budget of 600-800$, I tried to build a pc via iBuypower (well started off with their pre-built computers and changed some of the components) and I was able to get one for 900, i know for sure that a 600$ computer can run League of Legends on maximum settings (my friend has recently purchased a computer from iBuypower.). Question the CPU, is AMD really that necessary, or is Intel just to expensive for my budget? Thanks for the help, dustinhunt78.

Sure RazerZ, will be glad to see what you got for a build. Have you tried out any of the games I've listed? Are you able to max it out? Yes I will be needing an OS, I prefer Windows 7,tho Windows 8 looks pretty cool, but seems a bit clustered with junk.

Here it is, probably the best deal you can get at this price. Good upgrade potential as well. Went with windows 8.1 because you can buy it once and use it for both systems, where as win 7 you can not. Also windows 8 comes with ZERO junk because it is loaded with only original software for the system, and not crapware which you can find on prebuilts and laptops. I'd strongly recommend to build it at home rather than buying from ibuypower or another site, as you can save around $100 which can be put towards a better system.

Also if you want me to post another system that is different at the same price, I'd be happy to. I must imagine having two builds that exactly the same would be kind of monotone.

Hit me with another build RazerZ. I feel really dumb, I know understand why my friends build (the one who bought from ibp) was only a mere 600$,
His build came w/ only a 3$ IBP mouse,3$ IBP keyboard, and a Pre-formatted OS (cost 0$). He also didn't purchase a monitor (hes using his Living rooms tv lol)
Just by doing that, he saved a couple hundred dollars ( unlike the builds posted here )

Prebuilt sites will, I notice, tend to cheap out on components like the Power unit, which is the heart of the system and not really a place I would feel comfortable cheaping out on.
The components and builds you will be offered here will be minded towards balance, performance, price and reliability. With the price of the Monitor and OS considered, these builds are really around $600 for the system itself, anyway.
