Hello community.
I'm not even sure I'll find an answer here but I don't know where else to ask and the help here always seems spot on.
I currently moderate on a vBulletin 3.8 forum and have been trying to eliminate users alternative accounts. I'm looking up usernames and checking IP addresses against each other. For example I see user A has had IP address 1.1.1.1 in the past and I see at some point user B had IP address 1.1.1.1 in the past. When I click the IP address it gives me a host name. For example when I click the IP address for user 1 I see 2902469487.gozoe.com and when I click the IP address for user 2 I see the same. How accurate should I take it that these 2 users came from the same network?
Any help is appreciated.
