Looking for a PC build for playing DOTA 2

It is also going to be used for playing CS:GO but mostly DOTA 2, so as long as it plays that at 1080p on max settings I´ll be happy

things I do not need: monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, CD drive, RAM.

It also does not need a lot of hard drive space

about $700, but the cheaper the better obviously, it seriously is going to be used almost exclusively for DOTA 2

DOTA2 runs pretty well on just about everything. I was running DOTA2 on a friend's A4 APU laptop the other day with a mix of med/high settings.
This rig would run it max settings pretty easily.
