Hello All,
Does anybody out there have a Digital Rivers Link for Vista Ultimate? I have a legal COA sticker on my legal Dell Latitude e6400 for Vista Ultimate. Unfortunately, I do not have an image disk, and I definitely do not want to purchase Windows 7 and have to scrap my legal COA vista sticker.
Thanks for the help

Call Dell and have them send you the factory restore CD and/or the Windows Install CD for the laptop. You can reinstall Windows on the laptop as many times as you need using those CDs, but you can't legally transfer Windows to another computer (it's part of the Windows OEM restrictions).

Digital River links for Vista downloads can be found HERE : ( http://downloadsnfix.blogspot.com/2012/08/microsoft-win... )

For vista you need the 3 files and then based on the key you enter it will install the proper version (all versions are included in the install files rather than having different isos for the various versions ) SO you just need to select either 32 bit (x86) or 64 bit and the proper language for the downloads -- also the page linked includes a tutorial on burning the install iso to disk or USB thumbdrive that you might find useful.

ALso if you search the file names in google it will usually bring up links if\when this link no longer works.
