Absolutely not. The RM series silent psu's especially the 650 and 750 are terrible. They are plagued by very bad thermal problems, are built with the industries worst capacitors (CapXon) and under load testing, failed miserably simply due to shut-downs before the tests could be completed.
If you post the essentials of your build, a better psu can be recommended.
well i have had the rm 850 and it works beautifullly lnever had a malfunction what so ever. In the past it did have problems with thermal since the fans wrent kicking in but supposedly they have fixed it like ai said i have a rm series and i play games when im not busy for maybe 6-8 hours no problem what so ever
For a gtx 770, I suggest Antec 620w High Current Gamer. It's built by Seasonic (the current leader in best psu builder) and the modular version is on sale for $79.

Tell any good psu for this config
the rm is quiet and should be fine im running a custom water loop a 780 a i5 4670k all ooverclocked an ssd a hdd and its running beautifully on an rm 850
The RM 850 is built by a different manufacturer than the 650 and 750, so the fact that you are worry free so far is no surprise. Also unless you are pushing a pair of 780's or equivalent, you really can't load an 850w psu to max or even close.
