My case usb 3.0 port isnt working

on most cases now the usb ports are put on a cable that goes from two ports to one port on the motherboard. check the front case make sure both cables are plugged in on the case or if there a daughter board. check also that the other port is wired right. the last issue look for broken or bent pin on the other port.
