Limited Access Internet?

First off let me say that i am not good with computers xD I don't even know if this is the right category xD Anyways, i have been playing league of legends recently but i am always getting warnings because of my internet. Every once in a while a yellow warning sign shows up on my internet bar thing. (you know those 5 lines?) I bought a internet extender to see if that would do any good but it just made the thing worse! It got pretty annoying so i decided to ask you pros on how to fix it. Thanks :)

How far are you from the router? Test it with a wired connection for a while, if that's stable you can at least know that the internet connection is OK and it's an issue with the wireless.

Check for a firmware upgrade for the router and a new driver for the wifi card in the computer from the system vendor's support site.

No it affects everything else that requires internet in order to run. Its a wireless. And no its not directly connected. I have tried rebooting but its only a temporary fix (40-50) minutes
