Hey guys I got a Lancaster8 motherboard running a Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 CPU I was hoping you could please point me to the right direction to a graphics card that would be compatible with my motherboard yet not break the bank. I have a 120 dollar budget so I am hoping that will get me to being able to run Mount and Blade and Team Fortress 2 at a decent frame rate. If you would also be so kind to point me the the right direction too upgrade my memory which is DDR2 I would appreciate it immensely!

As above, the graphics card chosen would be a very good choice as you do not need a new power supply to run it (assuming it is still stock).

You would get more than acceptable game playing with that card. The thing is that per GB, DDR2 is actually twice the price of DDR3 (or about that). Also make sure that if you do get more RAM make sure it matches the set you have in terms of speed if you plan to use both sets.
